Comments:

Where was everyone? I started at the opening bell, and heard few stations. I
checked back several times during the afternoon/evening, but still little
activity. OK, I thought, things will pick up at night. But no!

Only 80M and 40M were useful this close to WV.

My total score includes 300 bonus points for working W8WVA three times.
