Comments:

Score goes towards W3AO PVRC.

Had very limited time and needed to test my portable generator anyway - glad I
got to make some Qs, easy to go 1E.

I'm for changing the D's can't work D's rule back next year, though would be
fine keeping low power requirement for D and E. FD is a great opportunity for
potential new contesters to run for the first time while also promoting
emergency preparedness - experienced contesters at home stations have the other
51 weekends per year to hold a freq and run.
