Comments:

As spring approaches, it looks like the bloom is off the rose for 80 meters.
Starting on 80, it quickly became apparent that the band wasn't very good. Most
signals were pretty weak and the rate just wasn't there. After 15 minutes I set
up on 40 and immediately got a run going that lasted for the rest of the
session. Conditions rapidly improved as time went on. The result was a new
personal QSO record for me of 163. Looks like starting on 40 will be the way to
go in the future. See everyone at 1900Z.
