Comments:

Conditions were probably close to last year, not only low solar flux but
noticeably disturbed through first 28 hours. Sunday was a more or less
"normal" day on 20; I was able to run some stations both days on 20. I
was surprised to hear no EU stations on 15! There have been openings recently
and 2 days after the test I worked DL, ZB2, and I5. 10 was open only to deep SA
and barely open at all Sunday. Hopefully by next year the low solar activity
will be a distant memory.

If there ever was a time not spend much time or effort in this contest, this was
it.
