Comments:

Well, that was fun! My first time with fully Remote SO2R RTTY!
I managed to get it working this week to my remote Flex 6600,
even though no human has touched the radio or station in almost
7 months. Just a simple matter of getting the software and
configuration correct. The SO2R seemed to help, at least
I had another band to tune while waiting and waiting to make
a contact. I found a few problems to fix ...but not during the
 contest.

Here on the West Coast, the early start time helped prolong the
20m activity, but 80m wasn't usable until the very end for even
the big guns, never mind a QRPer. As usual, 40m worked for
the whole contest.

I am confused that people have started confirming with
HISCALL TU MYCALL QSY instead of just TU.
Its harder to tell who is going to inherit, and you don't have to
announce you are going QSY. The extra callsigns just slow things
down and cause confusion on the frequency. Please just TU and
quietly leave.

Very nice to see and work the familiar callsigns, very nice that a
new setup was working, and the operator even pushed the right
keys now and then.
