Comments:

Being on Oregon was  disadvantage for this contest.  Many of the Wisconsin
stations had gone to 40 then 80 quite early, when 20 was the open band here.  I
had no propagation at all on 80 and 40 only towards the end.  It would be much
better if the contest was a bit longer and started earlier.  I was glad to pass
out the Oregon multiplier to the stations I could hear.  Thanks for the qso's
