Comments:

Both 40 and 80 sounded good at the beginning. Went to 40 and stayed 21 minutes,
just working the loud guys.  No mini runs. Went to 80 and the rate picked up a
bit, but slowed down.  The last 15 minutes were very hard.  I get pretty tired
now by 10 pm.
