Comments:

This was another disappointing VA QSO party.
Listening around on 80, 40 & 20 I heard virtually NO VQP activity.
You host a QSO party and then your in-state operators don't participate.
That doesn't make sense to me.  
Why hold a QSO party if y'all aren't going to play?
