Comments:

I was at a birthday party during the 40m time for West Coast.
With many VA stations hiding out on 80m and VHF/UHF during mid-day, it makes it
possibly the worst state QSO party of the year.  They should consider taking
actions to motivate VA stations to get on 20m and above. Next year 15 and 10m
might be open, and they will still be on 80m.
