Comments:

Last year I operated this contest since there were zero NCAA Men's basketball
games and this year I put in some time because the games schedule was shifted
for the first time in decades with no games on Friday night.  So I got on the
first night for several hours and some more time around the games throughout the
weekend.  Also hampered a little bit by grandbaby sitting on Saturday.  

Conditions not good but 20 seemed better then last year but I only worked a
handful of Europeans on 15 down from last year.
