First contest use of my 5.8 Ghz COTS WiFi system from the summit of Round Top
near Timber, OR.
Many thanks to Brett, KG7GDB, for his help (and patience) in assembling and
configuring a portable battery operated AREDN node that can be used on the
Willamette Valley Mesh Network or point-to-point for contests or SOTA.
The audio quality of the full duplex VOIP was stunning.
