Comments:

Low Bands were very noisy here, and 20M had a lot of atmospheric QRN as well
after about 2300Z.    Great "over the pole" condx on 20M from
0230Z-0430Z though had a few I just could not dig out the static crashes.   15M
showed some signs of life, but could not scare up any Q's on 10M.
