Comments:

The K = 6 forecast Auroral blast is late almost 24 hrs. 
During CWT it was still K = 1 but the sporadic E-layer 
was screening away most of Europe yielding very low 
signals. Mostly then the upper bands are well open, 
but I found only Kolja DK5KK on 21 MHz. All USA had 
fast and deep fading, but many answered on first call. 

We got Spring/Summer boundary storm and there may be a 
couple of towers flipping over on the Gulf of Finland 
coastline at over 30 m/s. Build it cheap or heavy?
