Comments:

The goal was a sweep.  I fell short by three sections.  

NT - saw three stations spotted but could only hear a bit of one, not enough to
tell if they were answering if I called.

PEI - Saw only one spotted and that was on 40m and my QTH was too close to hear
them.  They skipped over me.

QC - Really.  Never saw them spotted.  Never heard one that was in the contest. 
Did hear one I often work but he was turning away contest QSOs. 

Maybe next year.
