Comments:

After a great early session and decent afternoon session I was looking forward
to this one. Ughh.  Ditched the 40m run and ran 80 while trying to find some
stations to work on 40.  Same amount of 160 Q's in 15 minutes compared to same
amount on 40 for the whole hour.
