Comments:

Normally I have a pretty good path to CA, even with QRP, and 20 meter conditions
on Saturday  were pretty decent.  I felt loud at times!  15 was just too long on
Saturday (but I allowed myself the diversion of working several ZLs and VKs in
the Oceania Contest too!)  Propagation on 15 changed enough to provide a few CA
QSOs.  Conditions were more of a struggle on Sunday - very spotty on 20 and QSB
on my signal. 

My multiplier count is poor - I never heard 16 of the counties.  There's always
next year!
