Comments:

My home station is on a downslope towards OC.  Still can't quite out-swim the
sharks, but I can at least tread water energetically, compared to east-facing
contests.

15m and 10m work particularly well for me in that direction.
 
Submitted to 3830 as SOAB so QSOs would be counted for the new NCCC
"Asia-Oceania Challenge" competition, which counts Qs in AA, OC and
JIDX.  But submitted log as SO15, which was my best band.
