Comments:

Both 40 and 80 were very strange tonight, despite Kp=0 and high SSN. Skip on 40
was long, but many usually strong stations were weak. QRN on 40 from gulf coast
storms, but 80 was fairly quiet. In any case, the runs kept fizzling out, so
lots of second VFO QSO's.
