Comments:

Mostly S & P. I tried several times to get a run going to no avail. Only 3
Oblasts. This is a contest for HP. Nevertheless, what a difference an improved
antenna makes from last year to this year. Last year = 2,850 over 9 hours, using
a dipole in the attic of a townhouse.
