Comments:

Propagation much better than last year, but bands were still noisy.  It amazes
me that with the one way propagation  I can hear 20 over 9 signals, but I can
not get thru to stations until a couple of hours later. 10 Asian countries
worked plus a handful of non Asian callers. As usual, propagation was better in
the first half of the contest. Ended up just 4 contacts short of making my goal.
