Comments:

Absolutely zero enhancement on the bands in western NY except a 15 minute
stretch to the Midwest. Best Dx on 6 was K5QE in EM31 and K0TPP in EM48 and on 2
was KA9UVY in EM58 and AC9S in EN50. Best surprise was va3ele on 10 g a cross
the lake and first time working Peter 15 min before contest end.

5G on the tower expired a week before the contest and I made the call to skip
repairs pending the tower overhaul coming up in the next month. Hopefully by
January I will have everything redone adding more elevation, antennas and a
second tower as well as keeping W8zn off the roof and building antennas.

Activity is picking up slightly in western NY and I’m trying to help things
along. Big thanks to the rovers I regularly worked. N5bno, Kf2mr, nf2rs and
Ve3oil. As always you folks keep things interesting.
