Comments:

Using QRP with marginal conditions equals frustration.  I did manage to stay
with it despite many periods of not having any Q's and a late start.  But I
usually pick up new ideas and operating "tricks" using QRP and such
was the case in this QSO Party.  Thanks to all those out there hearing my 5 W
sigs.  I know it's not easy.  And thanks for those mobiles -- you guys kept it
