Comments:

Absolutely horrible QRN.  It is no longer intermittent but now constant S9+ on
40M.  Coming from the NE.  The old 1KMP Noise blankers don't work that well and
cause strange artifacts with strong sigs.  I tried to run but couldn't hear many
of the callers so went S&P.  20M was a bit better and sigs were generally
much stronger.  Probably should have gone to 20 earlier and called CQ.
