Thanks to the crew at CSVHF for sponsoring the sprint!  Nothing extraordinary
this time in terms of activity or conditions.  Good to work the regulars on the
band as always.

Rule change suggestion:  Let us choose any 4 hours to operate between 2300Z and
0600Z.  It's a bummer to see EST stations in the 2300Z hour that are never seen
again the rest of the evening.  Would be nice to work them for credit while they
are available.
