Comments:

This is the worst State QSO Party of the year.  There is a dearth of CW
participants because they are all in WAE (Worked All Europe) CW.  Please come
to your senses and move it to another weekend.   Tried to call many SSB
stations,
but they just cant hear stations west of the Mississippi.
