Comments:

Conditions were poor but my performance was worse.  Spent too much time on 10
& 15 mtrs, and too much S&P on 20 when I should have been running. 
Tried running on 40 but could not get a run going so went back to S&P 
Finally got spotted and ran for awhile.  Low bands were nothing but noise. 
Difficult to make any contacts.  Happened to check 10 mtrs @0045 and caught 3
