Comments:

I saw that the North American SOQRP 10m record was NO ENTRY.
I knew I could beat that.  I configured my SO2R station so 
one side was K6UFO on 10m QRP.  The Pacific Northwest is not 
ideal for 10m propagation (I wish it was Florida), but I got 
on about 1630z, waited for some signals, waited some more for 
signals who could hear me. Basically 10m was dead all day, 
but I worked more than zero, so would have been a new record!
Anybody, anywhere else, could probably beat my score, but here 
it is.
