Comments:

alex loop, 10 wts, 450d.  terrible results but previously, alex loop would not
load on 15m.  would cause rig to shut down, do random dits and dahs.  After
consulting with dx engineering on ferrite beads,  they suggested trying
different positions of antenna bc loops vy sensitive to surrounding metal.  I
changed from E-W configuration to N-S and got below 1.2:1 swr and operated for
over 30 minutes w/o problems.  Unfortunately, not much action on band and many
strong stations could not hear me.
