Comments:

Missed the 1900Z session entirely.  Tower Works was here to raise the SteppIR
18e after I worked on the problem of the tapes getting stuck in the sweeps and
it never worked on 40.  Also rearranged the side mounts for the inverted vees so
I can separate 80 and 40 for more flexibility.

I was pretty tired from all the walking and had charlie horses, so I thought I
would sit down for a while, exhausted.  Started on 40 and stayed until 03:36Z.
Not particularly good rate the first 17 minutes, then got better.  The 2
elements at 84 ft seemed to work pretty well.  The 80 meter 4 square really was
directional tonight, but I need omnidirectional.  Rate for 80 was 192.7/hr.
Eventually I will have the 40 meter 4 square with omni up, but need an auger.
