Comments:

alex loop, 10 wts, balcony.  Another successful experiment to get alex loop to
work on 15 meters, under new config (N-S, with low SWR) per DX engineering. 
Spent about 30 minutes on 15.  By time I got to 20, not much going on.  Almost
no one on 15.
