Comments:

Not very good CONDX discouraged me from full participation. I shared the radio
with my wife Jana (OK3FLY) and daughter Laura (in this contest with special call
OL22YOTA). I tried SO2R on one band in MIX mode. It worked surprisingly well - I
had to turn on the attenuators in some direction combinations, but it was still
much more fun than with one TRX.
It also confirmed my suspicions that the MB1 has a noticeably less sensitive RX
than the old IC756: The weak stations that I heard perfectly on the IC756 were
on the borderline of legibility on the MB1.
