Comments:

Tonight 40m seemed good CONDX coz SIGs I worked were VY LOUD. However, I
couldn't hear many stations. And my new 20m HB9CV didn't catch any of EU
station. :(

Anyway, I think CONDX is getting better now and hope soon I'll hear more of
you.
