Contest event web site says, "Please slow down when called at a slower
speed – we want everyone to feel welcome."  This is generally accepted
common courtesy for CW operators, but the majority of these CWops CWT
participants do not do so.  I wasn't asking for anything ridiculously slow -
just down to 20 WPM to send their name and #.  The worst was N3RD.
