Comments:

Auroral power started to rise during the 0300Z 
session, and was already at 100 GW at the start 
of the 0700Z session, 130 GW at the end with the 
Auroral oval mainly over Canada, Alaska, Siberia.

Signals on 3.5 MHz were very damped. Frans PA0INA 
came just barely above the noise, but he was very 
strong on 7 MHz later. Heard Timo OH1NA very weak 
on 7 MHz, but many SM/LY short range stations were 
booming in. Finally 14 MHz had a lot of Au-flutter 
on the short range signal, and the Aurora went to 
peak 150 gigawatts and produced two K = 5 periods 
on SWPC-scales. Solar X-ray flux is B/C-borderline.
