Comments:

Contest suffered from lack of numbers.  Slow going, particularly over night.

A fun way to pass a few hours.  Nice to see 15 open well, and 10 pretty good. 
20 seemed to be punk.  It was a challenge to work stations in and around the FOC
activity- I think there were more active stations involved with FOC than there
were with EU DX!
