Comments:

Strange contest.  Poor band conditions or not much activity. where were all the
XE stations? I most likely will take this contest off my list to enter.  One
Mexican station calling CQ would answer the DX station but then never
acknowledge and they send "call" NOT IN LOG.  Not sure what was going
on there but I witnessed that with several stations calling the XE station. Gave
up early to watch the NASCAR race.
