Comments:

Tried going S&P the entire hour but got fed up with it. I MUCH prefer to
run. I bounced around from 20 to 15 to 40 then back to 20 and back to 40. Didn't
use spots, just tuned the big knob. Finally gave in to running on 40 and my rate
went way up where I like it.
