Comments:

Great to see 10 and 15M open, and looking forward to increasing propagation with
Cycle 25. I decided to do the Classic category, as I don't enjoy
"assisted" contests as much anymore, and it's getting harder to keep
BIC. About 95% S&P. Had fun for the limited time spent, and worked a few
Outlaws along the way. Thanks for the Q's!
