Comments:

Didn't want to repeat the same as last week by getting a very slow start on 80
so I started on 40 this week. I listened before 0300 and the band seemed very
long and few signals, but as the band suddenly came alive. I had a great rate on
40 and stayed until half past the hour then switched to 80. Couldn't get the
same rate going on 80 and ended up with 2 fewer Q's. That's quite odd for this
part of the country. That's what's cool about this event - the conditions and
the contest are never the same from week to week.
