Comments:

Couldn't get any traction on 40 to start, so went full SnP.  About 1320 the
computer shut completely down. This has happened before, and is really
frustrating.

I have now discovered the problem.  There is a "power" button on this
wireless keyboard that I apparently inadvertently hit when I miss the F12 key. 
That power key has now been pried off -- problem solved!

10 minutes later, when I was back up and operational, continued on with SnP.  In
that time KE4KY went from barely audible to S9, so that was nice.

KX3/KXPA100 @100W, 40m dipole, N1MM+, wireless keyboard minus one key, and me.
