Started out on 40, but it appeared to be long, with not much to work.  Tried
running, but no takers.  I moved to 80 early, and it was much better.  I can
remember a time when getting to 50 Qs would have been an accomplishment, and
getting there after a slow first 15 minutes would have been just about
impossible.
