Comments:

Please create a class for stations with only wire antennas. Many of us can't
have towers and yagis. A chance to compete against others with modest stations
will encourage participation.

FT-4 needs a clearly designated sub-band that's indicated in the rules and
beyond RTTY encroachment. RTTY ops were crowding and even seen operating in the
middle of the FT-4 sub-bands on 20 and 40 M. FT-4 is here to stay in this
contest and numbers of FT-4 Qs will grow.
