Comments:

Operated from home with limited antennas. My main horizontal VEE came down in
the wind damage about a month ago. My temporary fix could not face up to the
heavy winds yesterday morning and the second wire of the VEE was on the ground
at the start of the contest. So, I tied it to a tree at about six feet and
operated with the one leg of the horizontal VEE. So, I had to rely on the broken
Stepir stuck on the 40 meter band and my dipole on 80 meters. I sure missed my
ranch rig with the tower and the listening antenna for 80 meters. 

I guess it is time to put up a replacement tower at the ranch.
