Club: Arizona Outlaws Contest Club

Comments:

Our perfect winter weather (70 and clear) allowed a large rover group and the
annual SOTA outing to operate during this contest.  That combination created the
best local activity in a January VHF contest since I've been operating in them. 
However, most of my contacts were made with the rovers since I didn't operate
much FM where the SOTA crowd was hanging out.  The two FM contacts I did make
were with SOTA stations using HTs.  Mode breakout follows.
