Comments:
K3CCR is the club station at the Collington continuing-care
retirement community at FM 18OW in MD, just east of DC. I
(N3UM) did SOLP Assisted in the Jan. 2021 NAQP CW test.
I hoped to get ~500 to 700 Qs, as I did in M2 teams in the
last 4 years. But Kp of 4, 5, 5, & 3 held me to 400 Qs.
Running or clicking spots, rates were just fair due to
weak signals and fast QSB, worst to the north.
At start 1825-1944Z I ran at 55/hr for 73 Qs and 27 mults on 20 M.
I then clicked spots for 50 Qs & 21 mults on 15 M 1948-2118Z
and 28 Qs & 12 mults on 20 M by 2153Z, and broke to eat.
Back 0033-0253Z I ran for 28 of 133 Qs & 42 mults on 40 M,
a combined rate of 58/hr and my best band totals. It was slower
on 80 M 0316-0539; 100 Qs at 38/hr, but again 42 mults. I ended
on 160 M as fresh meat, with 16 Qs and 12 mults in 16 min.
SFI of 116 got 1 KH6 & 33 CA, but Kp of 3-5 meant 1 BC, 2 OR, & 2 AB
north of CA. On all bands, I got 46 states + DC; missed AK, ND, MS,
& SC. Few NA cty mults; KP2, XE, & 3 KP4s, plus ZF on all 5 bands.
