Comments:

After yesterdays M5.5 flare (followed by a proton 
event) and today's longish B4-level X-rays, the 
background radiation has dropped to below B1.5- 
level. RBN spots on 7 MHz CQ SST seem to be in 
the single digits mainly, so this time I did not 
invest the full hour for the tiny chance of a 
single QSO. I am sure the daylight sector is
