Comments:

Started with last night's 3.5 MHz settings, 
and found quite a bit of activity surpassing 
the local noise floor. Worked Timo OH1NOA 
on two bands. On 7 MHz I heard N4BP and 
NT6Q, but my signal was too weak. There 
was otherwise great activity, so I suddenly 
realized that I would soon fully miss 14 MHz. 
Last 6 minutes spent there while the skip 
was still fairly long. A C1.2 flare peaked 
at 0728Z during the session, up from about 
B4-level near the start of this happening. 
Geomag was quiet, but no DX on 14 MHz. The 
SFI-forecast for the weekend has been upped 
to 102 level. Let's see what the REF-contest 
will get. A lot is depending on Aurora's...
