Comments:

A bit of fun on a stormy weekend. Dabbled here and there. This was my first time
participating, so wasn't sure what to expect. I have read where this contest has
struggled from lack of participants...I think it would benefit from making
Sections multipliers, just once regardless of band or mode. The mode multiplier
is fine. Just my 2 cents. Thanks for the Qs. 73, Bill.
