Comments:

Sat a freq before the event started, listening sending V's and even CQing for 10
minutes.  Then after it started some nimrod ran right over me demanding that I
QSY.  His was the only signal I was hearing.  So I moved up / down a bit, called
QRL? listened and started CQing again.  The same jackwad again interfered with
my signal.  Then after about 3 minutes 'QSY' showed up on the band map.  Not
sure what was going on.  No DX spotted on that freq on DXMAPS.
