Comments:

Operated battery power from a spare room above the library of the language
school.

Yaesu 991, 100w into 15m 2-element wire yagi sloping downwards.  Top of it is
around 20-25', bottom of it is around 10'.  Yagi is fixed NE, not that it really
made much of a difference.  RBN showed a lot to be desired.  

This QTH seems to be poor, no matter the antenna.
